How does the training work?
Functional training works, among other things, with free weights (kettlebells, dumbbells), unstable elements (BOSU ball, balance trainer), small equipment (sling trainer, medicine ball, exercise ball, etc.), resistance bands and your own body weight.
This means the training remains varied, challenging and individually adaptable – regardless of age or fitness level.
