Frequently Asked Questions

What requirements do I have to meet to be able to train?

My personal training sessions are suitable for EVERYONE and are always adapted to the individual fitness level.

Physical limitations due to illness, accident, surgery, pregnancy, etc. are of course also taken into account. We do this by taking an initial anamnesis before your first training session. So the only requirement is that you WANT to move!

Which equipment do I need for the online sessions at home?

Technically speaking, you need a smartphone/tablet/laptop with a webcam and a stable internet or WIFI connection. Wireless headphones with a microphone can be an advantage if you are in a noisy surrounding.

If you already have training equipment at home (dumbbells, resistance bands, exercise ball, etc.) that's great! Then I can plan your training accordingly. Alternatively, we can just start with body weight training. Of course, I will happily help you with tips and recommendations if you would like to buy sports equipment for your home.
Apart from that, a mat is an advantage, comfortable clothing and, if necessary, sports shoes (otherwise barefoot).

How long is a personal online training session?

Regardless of whether online or live – an individual training session with me usually lasts 60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed. Before we get started, I offer you a 30 minute video session to get to know each other - free of charge and without any obligation. We will discuss your specific goals and expectations as well as answer all your potential questions.

Can we also train with two or three people?

Sure, of course! I'm happy if you already found your training partners, so you can motivate each other. It doesn't matter whether you are in the same place or dialing into the online training from different locations. But, you should have the same (or comparable) training equipment so that you can complete the same workout.

Feel free to write to me directly to receive your individual small group offer.

What happens if I cannot complete all training units within the specified duration?

First of all: You can always talk to me! ;-)

So, if you have planned a longer vacation or are unable to complete your training due to injury, we can pause your contract and you can make up for the remaining time after your return or recovery. Or maybe you find someone who would like to take over the remaining classes for you.
